The absence of ironing facilities!!! The dim lighting in the rooms needs addressing!!! Leaving car keys on top of the car in an open garage feels insecure!!!

We loved exceptionally good breakfasts and excellent views!

Everything was simply nice. The room was well furnished with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The bed was comfortable, best sleep ever. Magnificent central location close to the shop, after a tour of Turkey, and restaurant. Local fast food option Kumpirci Teyze was 10 minutes walk away...

Positive, Great location within walking distance to shopping. Staff quickly helped with everything. The breakfast was solid, with plenty of options. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. Loved the nearby restaurants too 😊

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities where good, marvellous location right by restaurant, mini mart and shopping mall and the centre near shops, buses and taxi's and a large shopping area. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, an LCD TV and a safe🙂👍

Couple getaway with some issues

The super nice team when we asked about local attractions they even went out of their way to arrange a taxi for us which was a nice touch. The breakfast was decent enough with boiled eggs and some vegetables to keep us going.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for the overall experience we got I'd say it was still acceptable.

We were so impressed by the staff reception and help, according to turkey hotel standard this hotel is a high standard one near to the ski area and has got malls arround, add to that two of my favorite receptionist( behzat & onur) they were soooo helpfull. Anyhow the overall experience was great.

The underground parking provided peace of mind. I adored my room on the top floor, complete with a balcony that let me experience the beautiful call to prayer. Breakfast was a good display of Turkish delicacies, satisfying and filling, while the staff were really nice too ensure every need was met!
